The right of redemption is the right granted to you by New Mexico law, and the purpose of this law is to give homeowners an opportunity to redeem their property, through the court.  In most cases, homeowners do not have the ability to redeem the property, which opens the door for them to assign their rights to our investment company for a sum of money.   Here are a few resources to help explain the redemption process further:
